COURTS

The club has a total of 12 tennis courts:

• 5 floodlit all weather tarmac courts
• 4 floodlit tarmac Highgate Wood School courts
• 3 red shale courts (April to October)

One of the all weather tarmac courts also has a practice wall.

Due to high demand both in terms of competitive, coaching and social play
it is worth checking the timetable (link below) to ensure availability.
This is updated on a monthly basis and incorporates court usage for club
tournaments, Middlesex League fixtures and the coaching programme.

SCHOOL COURTS FLOODLIGHTS PROJECT

The Club is raising funds to pay for floodlights on the
Highgate Wood School courts.

CLUB SESSIONS AND SOCIAL TENNIS

Turn up and mix in for a game of doubles with other members.
Each four plays a set and tiebreak at 5 all if necessary.
You provide the tennis, the club provides the balls.
Members bringing a guest are required to pay £5 in the box
next to the floodlight meters.

Saturday & Sunday from 1pm in Winter and 2pm in Summer.
Tuesday and Thursday 7pm to 10.00 pm from May to October.

PRE-ARRANGED PLAY

Members can pre-arrange to play outside club sessions.
School courts can be used during any free play sessions (white shading)
on the court schedule.

During term time the main courts are available as follows:

Saturday & Sunday availability until 1pm (2pm in summer) & from 5.00pm
(6.00pm in summer) to 10.30pm
Monday to Friday until 4pm
After this there is some limited availability - please check court schedule.

In school holidays junior coaching camps take place from 10.00am until 4.00pm.
During these periods 2 of the main courts are available for members’ use.

COURT BOOKINGS

Members can book courts on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from
7pm onwards. Please refer to the Online Court Schedule > to see when
courts are available.

Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.

CLUBHOUSE AND BAR

We have a comfortable and roomy clubhouse with a well stocked bar and
fantastic Thai food cooked by Chanya and his team. There's also great
coffee available. Please contact Chanya for more details.
